The evening starts at 6.30pm with a champagne reception in the White Hall and Saloon. Then enjoy a guided tour of the State rooms seasonally dressed and warmed by open fires. Enjoy a 3 course festive meal in the magnificent Long Gallery and then retire to the Saloon for a Christmas Concerto performed by the renowned Heart of England Strings. After a short interlude the evening concludes with traditional carols by candlelight.
Tickets £45 with ten to be seated per table to include:
A glass of champagne, 3 course dinner and coffee.
Roast parsnip soup with truffle oil

Duck and orange terrine
Saffron roasted turkey with chestnut stuffing

Oven baked wild salmon with a tarragon and mushroom sauce
or
Mushroom, cranberry and brie Wellington
Roast potatoes and fresh market vegetables
Christmas pudding with brandy sauce

Cheeseboard with red onion chutney
Cash bar for wine to accompany dinner and interval drinks.
