Richardson’s TA 100

Hagley Hall reverberated to the sounds of a marching band, the roar of a motor cycle display team and the crack of rifle fire when the House hosted a celebration to mark the 100th anniversary of the Territorial Army.

The event on October 9th was sponsored by Richardsons who organised a day of activity and hospitality which saw key business personnel take part in team building during the day and a gala dinner with 500 other guests in the evening.

The activities included a Landrover four-wheel driving experience, clay pigeon shooting and rifle range, archery and hovercrafting, while the 35 (South Midland) Signal Regiment of the TA mounted various displays.

Support for the event was provided by Hanbury Marquees, Jenkinsons’ caterers, Formula Fun and the Electric Stage company.
